• You will meet with one of our representatives and discuss all the issues concerning their credit.  We will explain thoroughly the process and the goals they have for improving their credit scores.
  • We then gather the following information:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone
  • Cell Phone
  • Address, City, State, Zip
  • Email
  • Preferred Language (English or Spanish)
  • SSN or ITIN
  • Date of Birth
  • Then we have you choose a website to get their credit report from which must be compatible with our software.
  • You will provide us with login information so we can monitor the progress of the credit.This is to remain active during the pendency of our services so we can monitor the progress and send out accurate statement for services.
  • We gather PAYMENT INFORMATION.  We require a credit card or ACH authorization to run payment for our services.
  • Once we have the Credit report we see discuss what should be taken  care of and address them each issue at the following rates:
  • Names/Address Correction – $10
  • Late Pays – $25
  • Collections/Repossessions – $50
  • Public Records – $60
  • Inquiries/SSN – $75
  • Bankruptcies or Foreclosures – $150
  • ITIN – $150
  • Certified Mail Not included in cap /letter – $8
  • Administrative Fee Non Refundable – $80
  • Returned Checks – $35
  • We then have them sign a contract which sets out all the obligations of each party and the total due for services.  We get a Limited Power of Attorney for Miller Law Firm of Kansas, P.A. to represent them in the repair process.
  • After the 3 day right of recission that is provided for in the Credit Repair Organization Act we will send out “First Round” letters to credit reporting agencies asking for the agreed inaccuracies to be removed from their credit.
  • The clients and affiliates will be kept abreast of this and it should take between 30 and 45 days to receive the initial responses.
  • After receipt of those responses the client will be billed for the amounts under the contract and our Second Round letters will be sent to original creditors.  This process will continue until all possible efforts have been made to remove the inaccurate information.
  • The whole process could take up to 6 months, but significant improvement in the credit should be seen in the first 60 days.
  •  It is important to note that we include the following paragraph in our contract:
    NO GUARANTEES. CRP will represent client in a professional and ethical manner.Attorney makes not guarantees of any results and specifically states that certain items may not be removed from your credit record by law, such as active tax liens and bankruptcies.  CRP is unable to remove such information.
  • Finally, all letters come from Miller Law Firm of Kansas, P.A. and are presented in a professional and ethical manner.  Our attorneys are subject to discipline by the Kansas and Missouri Supreme courts and will not behave in an unethical manner.  They also are fully insured for any professional liability or error and omissions.They have practiced law for over 35 years and will be available to your clients and can be contacted either at the office or by cell phone by client or affiliates.  If there is a problem, they will get if fixed.  That is our promise.
